Cancellation Policy
No-Show Policy.
If you do not show up to your appointment. You will NOT get a refund of the deposit. Deposit fee will be considered the No-Show fee.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so before 24 hours, if not you will be charged the service cost(loss of deposit).As I cannot fill that spot under 24 hours. This also goes for moving an appointment time to any other day.
Refunds will NOT be given under any circumstances.
Please arrive on time with squeaky clean lashes. If you arrive past 15 minutes late, appointment will result in a no-show. If your not going to make it in a timely manner (by your scheduled time) message me and we can reschedule you, there will be another deposit required.
If you arrive at your appointment with less than 40% of lashes, you will be charged a full set.
No pets allowed. No extra guests.
