Retainer fee Requirements A Retainer fee is required if appointment is made through text or phone by Lash Artist, if a retainer fee isn’t received within the time your appointment is made, your appointment will be canceled and you will have to schedule through the website. No-Show Policy. If you do not show up to your appointment. You will forfeit the retainer fee. Retainer fee is the No-Show fee. Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so before 24 hours by text or call. You will need to reschedule with another retainer fee. This also is required for moving an appointment time to any other day. Refunds will NOT be given under any circumstances. Please arrive on time with squeaky clean lashes. Late Policy If you are going to be late, please contact Lash Artist before time of appointment. You have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will result in a no-show and another retainer fee is required to rebook. Lash Quantity If you arrive at your appointment with less than 50% of lashes, you will be charged a full set. No Exceptions. No pets allowed. No extra guests.
